• Game progress and preferences: stored locally on your device (career, equipment, settings and progress).
• In-app purchases: processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment card details. The game checks your access entitlements.
• Advertising: Google AdMob and its User Messaging Platform (UMP) may process technical or advertising identifiers, device information, ad interactions and diagnostic information, depending on your choices and the applicable configuration.
• Support: if you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message in order to respond.

To operate the game, save progress, verify purchases, display advertisements, let you manage advertising choices, maintain security and respond to requests. Processing that requires consent is subject to the options presented in the consent message applicable to your region.

Ads are provided by Google AdMob. The game includes an Ads & Privacy section to open the available privacy options and change or withdraw consent where applicable. You can decline optional processing in the consent form. Learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy. The game’s advertising-tracking configuration must be technically verified before commercial advertising is enabled.

Local progress remains on your device until it is deleted using game features or by removing the app, subject to your device backup mechanisms. Apple processes purchase-related information under its own policies; Google processes advertising-related data according to its policies and applicable user choices. Support correspondence is retained as long as necessary to address the request.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data processed by the publisher, and object to certain processing. Contact miampik.dev@gmail.com. You can also exercise rights directly with Apple and Google regarding data they control. If you live in the EEA, you may contact your relevant data protection authority.

This is a static website with no analytics scripts or advertising cookies. The hosting provider may process technical connection data necessary for operation and security.
